The post-Covid pandemic re-ignited Americans desire to hit the road and see the outdoors like never before, and Roadpass Digital has been working hard to keep up with their fellow travelers. Operating as an IC for UX/UI Design, Strategy and Customer Research initiatives, I have helped the team revitalize their original flagship product (Togo RV) as well as lead a number of new app development shaping and prototyping activities for both an RV care-centric tool and a digital travel wallet.
