Benioff-neighbor Neil Young wanted to build a digital community for what he believed would be legions of hi-fidelity music faithful interacting with Neil's Pono Music Player brand. Salesforce offered to build that community on the then-new Salesforce Community Could product and demo-it all at the annual Dreamforce event. But it had to be "special." We worked up-close and personal with Mr. Young for months dialing in both the right music-loving aesthetic that worked with the Salesforce products, as well as extensive taxonomic categorizations of the discussions that were to come.
