For nearly five years, I have collaborated with Costco – first at Point B, then invited back as an IC – in examining virtually every facet of their membership-based online retail experience platform, in countries including the UK, MX, JP, KR and TW. From core platform retail functions, to unique experiences like Tyres and Wine shops, to integrated in-store features like Digital Membership Cards, I have worked with Costco and within the limits of their global visual style guide to make the most of their membership experience.
