Hi, I'm Dave. 

I am a UX leader, product designer, experience strategist, design thinker,

creative problem solver and team builder. I design and deliver outstanding

web and mobile products for the organizations that I work with and their

customers. I am passionate about helping my clients and my delivery partners explore and shape their vision and working with them to “make it real.”

I am a leader with extensive experience building and overseeing design teams that are customer obsessed and driven to consistently meet and exceed business goals. I take great pride in enabling personal and professional growth for my team members through the work we deliver and the experiences we share together.

 

Throughout my career, I’ve been able to create insight-led, human-centered products in agile development organizations, working in collaborative harmony with product management and engineering teams. I have been a part of almost every conceivable type of design and delivery organization, from nimble contemporary product design teams to vast, globe-spanning

enterprise software development project teams, as well as in-house crews and the more bespoke agency structures where I got my start decades ago.
